Eligibility Requirements:

Any one of the following:
（1）At least 1 year of cumulative work experience in bicycle assembly, electric bicycle assembly, component commissioning, complete vehicle testing, equipment maintenance or related work.
（2）College diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
（3）Another Level 2 mechanical manufacturing or assembly certificate certified by the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center.

Theoretical examination: Computer-based or online written examination covering mechanical fundamentals, assembly processes, commissioning standards and testing standards. Duration: 90 minutes.
Practical assessment: On-site practical operation, assembly demonstration and testing exercises. Assesses complete vehicle assembly, component commissioning, performance testing and quality control. Duration: 120 minutes.

Theoretical Knowledge: Basic structure of bicycles and electric bicycles; assembly processes and standards; component commissioning standards; complete vehicle performance testing methods; electrical system fundamentals for electric bicycles; safety production regulations.
Operational Skills: Assemble bicycle and electric bicycle components and complete vehicles using tools and fixtures; commission components and calibrate complete vehicles; use testing instruments to evaluate vehicle performance; troubleshoot and adjust assembly quality problems; execute quality control procedures.
