Eligibility Requirements:

Any one of the following:
（1）At least 1 year of cumulative work experience in art production, exhibition design, advertising production, decorative construction, visual design, or related work.
（2）College diploma or above in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design, Environmental Art Design, Advertising, Decorative Arts, or a related field.
（3）Another Level 2 art or design certificate certified by the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center.

Theoretical examination: Computer-based or online written examination covering art fundamentals, design principles, materials and techniques, and production standards. Duration: 90 minutes.
Practical assessment: On-site practical work, artwork production demonstration, and decorative design presentation. Assesses art production, material application, decorative techniques, and visual presentation. Duration: 120 minutes.

Theoretical Knowledge: Fundamentals of art and color theory; principles and methods of decorative design; advertising and exhibition production techniques; decorative materials and construction standards; fundamentals of visual communication; safety operating procedures.
Operational Skills: Use specialized tools for commercial art production; construct exhibition and display decorations; use decorative materials for visual presentation; produce advertising and signage works; perform on-site decorative construction operations.
