Application Requirements:
Meet any one of the following conditions to register for New Energy Vehicle Repair Technician:

(1) Have accumulated 1 year of work experience in new energy vehicle repair or related
fields such as automotive electricity, automotive electronics, or new energy vehicle
technology.
(2) Be a recent graduate or senior student from a secondary vocational school, technical school, or higher institution in a related field (such as New Energy Vehicle Technology, Automotive Inspection and Maintenance Technology, Automotive Electronic Technology, Electrical Automation, and other relevant courses).
(3) Have completed no less than 80 standard hours of training in basic new energy vehicle courses (e.g., Introduction to New Energy Vehicles, High-Voltage Safety for New Energy Vehicles, Fundamentals of Automotive Electricity and Electronics, and other relevant courses) and obtained a completion certificate.
Examination Method:
Divided into theoretical knowledge exam and operational skills assessment.

(1) The Theoretical Knowledge Exam is primarily conducted via a written test or
computer-based test, assessing the basic and relevant knowledge required for this
occupation. Exam duration: 90 minutes.
(2) The Operational Skills Assessment is conducted through simulated operations, equipment identification, and basic tool usage, assessing the basic operational skills required for this occupation. Exam duration: 60 minutes.
Assessment Content:

(1) Theoretical Knowledge: Basic structure and working principles of new energy
vehicles, preliminary understanding of common core components (e.g., power battery,
drive motor, electronic control system), basic knowledge of high-voltage electrical
safety, and introduction to relevant safety regulations for new energy vehicle repair.
(2) Operational Skills: Basic use of common maintenance tools and instruments (e.g., multimeter, insulation tester), visual inspection and cleaning maintenance of key new energy vehicle components, replacement of simple parts under guidance, and correct wearing and use of high-voltage safety protective equipment.
