Eligibility Requirements:

Any one of the following:
（1）At least 1 year of cumulative work experience in prefabricated building construction, precast component installation, construction progress control, on-site coordination, construction project management or related work.
（2）College diploma or above in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Prefabricated Building Engineering, Engineering Management, Building Industrialization or a related field.
（3）Another Level 2 building construction or construction management certificate certified by the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center.

Theoretical examination: Computer-based or online written examination covering prefabricated building fundamentals, component installation standards, construction management principles and safety standards. Duration: 90 minutes.
Practical assessment: On-site practical operation, component installation demonstration and construction coordination exercises. Assesses component installation, progress control, on-site coordination and quality control. Duration: 120 minutes.

Theoretical Knowledge: Fundamentals of prefabricated buildings; types and installation standards of precast components; construction progress control methods; on-site coordination management procedures; quality control standards; safety production regulations.
Operational Skills: Perform component installation, progress control and on-site project coordination during prefabricated building construction; operate lifting equipment to position and install precast components; execute construction quality control procedures; handle technical problems on site; comply with safety production regulations.
