Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Any one of the following:
  2. (1)At least 1 year of cumulative work experience in smart hardware assembly, system commissioning, electronic equipment assembly/commissioning, functional testing, equipment repair or related work.
  3. (2)College diploma or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Mechatronics, Communication Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  4. (3)Another Level 2 electronic equipment or intelligent manufacturing certificate certified by the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center.

Examination Method:

  1. Theoretical examination: Computer-based or online written examination covering electronics fundamentals, hardware architecture, commissioning standards and testing standards. Duration: 90 minutes.
  2. Practical assessment: On-site practical operation, assembly/commissioning demonstration and testing exercises. Assesses hardware assembly, system commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting. Duration: 120 minutes.

Assessment Content:

  1. Theoretical Knowledge: Smart hardware architecture; electronic components and circuit fundamentals; assembly processes and commissioning standards; functional testing standards and methods; smart hardware communication protocols; safety production regulations.
  2. Operational Skills: Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, computers or mobile phones and other equipment to assemble and commission smart hardware and system hardware; perform functional testing and performance evaluation; troubleshoot and repair hardware faults; complete system integration and verification; execute quality control procedures.
