Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Any one of the following:
  2. （1）At least 1 year of cumulative work experience in building waterproofing, moisture prevention, leakage control, building maintenance, decoration construction or related work.
  3. （2）College diploma or above in Construction Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Building Decoration Engineering, Building Materials, Engineering Management or a related field.
  4. （3）Another Level 2 construction or building-related certificate certified by the China Global Professional and Technical Certification Center.

Examination Method:

  1. Theoretical examination: Computer-based or online written examination covering construction fundamentals, waterproofing materials, construction standards and safety standards. Duration: 90 minutes.
  2. Practical assessment: On-site practical operation, waterproofing demonstration and quality testing exercises. Assesses waterproofing construction, moisture prevention, leakage control and quality control. Duration: 120 minutes.

Assessment Content:

  1. Theoretical Knowledge: Fundamentals of building waterproofing; properties and selection of waterproofing materials; waterproofing processes and standards; moisture-proofing standards; leakage diagnosis and treatment methods; safety production regulations.
  2. Operational Skills: Use tools or machinery to perform waterproofing, moisture-proofing and leakage-control construction for buildings, structures and pipelines; execute waterproofing process standards; use testing equipment to assess waterproofing quality; handle technical construction problems; comply with safety production regulations.
